2 bags Lipton Matcha Green Tea

12 fl oz water

8 fl oz unsweetened coconut water

4 oz frozen spinach

½ large avocado

1 banana

Pinch of salt

Handful of ice cubes



  1. Boil water and allow to cool slightly. 
  2. Add Lipton Matcha Green Tea tea bagS and brew for 1.5-2 minutes.
  3. Add brewed tea to rest of ingredients and blend.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
