1 cup boiling water

1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

Ground nutmeg

1 cinnamon stick

  1. Pour boiling water over Bedtime Bliss Herbal Supplement tea bags in cup. Let brew 4 minutes. Remove tea bags.

  2. Add vanilla extract. Garnish with nutmeg.
