 The modern world is busy. Between long working hours and the occasional late-night Netflix binging, we all get a little run down from time to time. For centuries, ginger has been used as a traditional home remedy to help support the body’s defenses, used to help everything from sore throats and coughs, to upset stomachs and nausea. We think the spicy flavor of our ginger focused infusions, whether green or herbal, is a great pick-me-up for when you’re feeling a little worn out. 

Looking for some inspired food pairings for our ginger tea? Well, if you’re a ginger nut, why not double down on that fiery flavor with some ginger packed sweet treats? If you’re more savory than sweet, look to the fiery flavors of Asia, where ginger is commonly used ingredient. We like a veggie packed stir-fry of noodles, pak choi, sugar snap peas, carrots and water chestnuts to serve up alongside a warming cup of our ginger tea.

GET THE BEST FROM YOUR BREW

Pop up your feet, crack open a book, set down your phone and brew yourself a cup! Ginger tea benefits from a long soak to really let those fiery flavors ignite. We recommend an infusion time of around 4 to 5 minutes in some freshly boiled water. But if you like your tea to pack a punch, go ahead and steep to your heart’s content—the longer you leave it, the more impactful that spicy flavor becomes.
