 Due to being naturally caffeine free and packed full of sweetly calming flavors, Chamomile is just about the perfect addition to the night-time ‘winding-down’ routine. That being said, we don’t think you should just relegate this delicious herbal infusion to the latter half of the day to help you switch off. Its slightly sweet floral flavor with light earthy undertones, pair terrifically well with savory dishes that contain a hint of sweetness. Think a salmon fillet baked in a honey dressing, or a fresh crunchy salad speckled with raisins.
