Prior to joining Unilever, she served as the Senior Director of Science and External Affairs at the Beer Institute. Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Director of Nutrition at the National Restaurant Association. Dr. Dubost was also previously employed as a Principal Scientist at PepsiCo Incorporated.She received a Ph.D. in food science from the Pennsylvania State University, a M.S. degree in food science at University of Georgia, and a B.S. in Nutrition and Chemistry at Hood College. Dr. Dubost is a Registered Dietitian and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Hospitals.
