Incorporate more movement into your everyday routine whether it be walking, running, cycling, gym, swimming or dancing. If you can’t find time for a daily exercise schedule, start by skipping the lift.
You are what you eat. And drink. Everything you eat and drink matters. Focus on variety, quantity and nutrition. Try and choose food and beverages with less saturated fat, sodium and added sugars. It can be tricky at first, but starting with small changes paves the way towards a healthier eating style.
Stay hydrated. Our bodies are made up of nearly 60% water and you need to keep it that way. So try and drink 2 to 2.5 liters of liquid a day.
