Yoga and wellbeing tips from tara stiles

We are partnering with Tara Stiles, founder of international yoga discipline Strala Yoga, to share some accessible yoga and wellness tips.

These tips don’t require props or a studio and can be done in the 4 to 6 minutes it takes for the Lipton Lemon Ginger Herbal Infusion to steep, making it easier to make wellbeing a part of your everyday.

Walk away from an upset stomach

Walking is a great way to soothe your tummy and reduce stress. You can do this on your way home from work, or even on the way to the conference room. Take a travel mug of Lipton Lemon Ginger Herbal infusion with you, so you can sip and soothe on-the-go.

As you walk, watch your inhales and exhales as they come and go. Start to lengthen and deepen your inhales and exhales as you go, leaving a little pause at the top and bottom of each inhale and exhale. Make this a daily exercise to cement the habit, and enjoy the benefits!
