4 ½ hours

5 Minutes

2 Lipton Stress Less tea bags

1 cup water

1 pint freshly-squeezed orange juice (chef’s tip: use clementines when in season) or store-bought (look for juice marked 100% Juice, not from concentrate)

12 basil leaves, plus 2 to garnish

  1. Pick the basil leaves off the stem.
  2. Lay half of the basil leaves on top of each other and roll into a tube. Using sharp scissors cut the rolled-up leaves into ribbons. Repeat with the other half.
  3. Distribute the leaves into 12 sections of your ice cube tray.
  4. Pour over the orange juice. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, brew Lipton Stress Less tea bags for 4-6 minutes in 1 cup of freshly-boiled water and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Take two highball glasses and place six ice cubes in each. Divide the cooled tea between the two glasses.
  7. Top each glass with a basil leaf.
