- 2 bags Bedtime Bliss Herbal Supplement
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- Ground nutmeg
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- 1 Pour boiling water over Bedtime Bliss Herbal Supplement tea bags in cup. Let brew 4 minutes. Remove tea bags.
- 2 Add vanilla extract. Garnish with nutmeg.
- 3 Stir together with cinnamon stick. Sip and Enjoy!
