  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 Pour boiling water over Soothe Your Tummy Herbal Supplement tea bags in an 18 to 24 oz. glass. Brew 4 minutes
