  • 2 bags Bedtime Bliss Herbal Supplement
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ground nutmeg
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Pour boiling water over Bedtime Bliss Herbal Supplement tea bags in cup. Let brew 4 minutes. Remove tea bags.
  • 2 Add vanilla extract. Garnish with nutmeg.
  • 3 Stir together with cinnamon stick. Sip and Enjoy!
