Life can be overwhelming at times, and to take a moment out for you every now and then is the key to achieving that inner calm. Therefore, we here at Lipton® are presenting you all with de-stress tea. Grab your favorite Lipton® Jasmine Tea Bag and some mint to let the soothing journey begin!

Method

  1. Add 4 cups of water to a pan and let it boil. As soon as it starts bubbling, add the teabags and mint leaves to the boiling water. Turn off the heat after 10 seconds and let it simmer. Strain, add honey and lemon juice and serve hot with garnishing some mint leaves on top.
