  • 1 Add water to a kettle and let it boil. As soon as it starts bubbling, add the teabag and ginger to the boiling water. Turn off the heat after 10 seconds and let it simmer. Strain, add honey and lemon juice and serve hot. Garnish it with a freshly cut lemon slice on top.
