What you'll need

Ingredients

1 can (445 mL) chicken broth

1/2 cup (125 mL) water

3 Lipton Tea mandarin orange-flavoured green tea bags

1 box (300 mL) couscous

1/2 cup (125 mL) golden raisins

1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil

1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt

2 green onions, sliced

1/3 cup (75 mL) toasted sliced almonds

Method

  1. Bring broth and water to a boil over high heat in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add Lipton® Green Tea with Mandarin Orange Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in couscous, raisins, olive oil and salt. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in green onions and almonds.
